Mizra is Israel’s biggest producer of nonkosher deli meats, salamis and sausages. We at Mizra specialize in excellent gourmet products, with an emphasis on quality, selection and gastronomy. The Small Change that Makes all the Difference
We use the best cuts of meat and don’t salt or rinse, as required by the kashering process, in order to maintain the meat’s rich original flavor with no added salt.
Our meat experts choose the highest quality meats and age it in special dry aging refrigerators. Every new product is subject to endless taste and quality tests before reaching the shelves.

Mizra’s meat processing plants are among the most advanced in Israel. Variety of Quality
The Mizra Delicatessen production plant produces over 400 fresh products made from beef, chicken, pork, turkey and goose, including sausages, deli meats, hamburgers, kebabs and meats for easy home-cooking and serving, alongside chilled and frozen products.
Our quality products are sold at over 1,000 sales points across Israel: at choice delicatessens, the finest restaurants in Israel and the Tiv Taam supermarket chain. Likewise, Mizra specializes in Ready to Cook products for the catering and institutional markets.
